ETUGUES is a java applet that renders music and images from a source image.

In order to use ETUGUES you need java 1.3 or higher with java sound being installed. The Sun java distribution has sound, but the Windows distribution of the java runtime environment (jre) does NOT automatically come with a sound bank. You need to get the sound bank seperately. Some people may not have or want the sound bank - in any case the applet starts with the sound being disabled by default.
